It’s more than a celebration — it’s a testament to the spirit of a community that refuses to let go of connection\, compassion\, or joy. \nEl Sobrante is a vibrant\, diverse\, and resilient place. We are Black\, Latino\, Asian\, Indigenous\, white\, LGBTQIA+\, straight\, immigrant\, multigenerational\, disabled\, neurodivergent — and we show up for each other. In our little corner of Contra Costa County\, help is often just a shout away\, and friendly conversations still happen across fences and front porches. \nWhat makes us unique is not just our diversity\, but our deep respect for it. We don’t always agree\, and that’s okay — we allow room for discourse\, curiosity\, and growth.
