DESCRIPTION:Join our weekly Pre Natal and Post Natal Fitness Classes at Yubalance Neighborhood Fitness Studio\, located in the Mission District and Inner Sunset. We are training in a small group setting (five clients max.). All workout classes are lead by professional trainers who will offer a personalized fitness experience for your current needs and demands. We will support you to feel safe and confident in your workouts and movements. \nTo all Mamas: you can bring your baby. Please note that infants have to remain in their car seat or stroller inside of the studio or you can bring a carrier and train with your baby on your back or chest. \nThe first class is free – please make sure that you still register.
