Mary McQueen, owner, has over 13 years experience and holds certifications in personal training, diastasis repair, and pre- and postpartum exercise. Fitness classes are for moms of all levels and abilities, and modifications are provided throughout class. Moms must be 6 weeks postpartum for a vaginal birth, and 8 weeks for a c-section. Currently, classes are held on Zoom M-W and F at 9:30am; and safe, socially-distanced, no-contact classes are being held Thursdays outside at Lake Temescal in Oakland at 9:30am.

My name is Eileen Grimes and I’m author of The Us Journal. The journal is the first in a series of intention-full and collaborative journals for all parents, regardless of gender, to forge wholehearted connections with their children. The Us Journal is a culmination of so many values—strong parent-child relationships, promotion of small authors, and independent publishing, to name a few, which is where the Kickstarter campaign comes in.
