Celebrate Pride, science, and art with a hands-on tie dye workshop at The Tech Interactive. On Sunday, Aug. 30, at 2 p.m., guests will explore how different plants can be used to create fabric dyes, then experiment with color, pattern, and design to make a vibrant creation of their own.

From bandanas to Pride flags, each participant will use plant-powered dyes to create a groovy rainbow-inspired design to take home. It is a playful way to connect creativity with chemistry, celebrate Pride, and discover how science can show up in every color.

What to Expect

Guests will:

– Explore how plants can create natural fabric dyes.
– Experiment with how colors interact and change.
– Design and dye a bandana or Pride flag.
– Take home a one-of-a-kind creation.

Workshop tickets are $15 for adults and $15 for kids.
