InsectPalooza – The Art and Magical Science of Arthropods

This immersive family-friendly event merges nature, science and art for an afternoon of fun for insect enthusiasts of any age. Attendees will be able to interact with live animals from the Insect Discovery Lab and meet a variety of arthropods from around the world. Some not-to-be-missed guests include the Australian Walking Stick, Hissing Cockroach, and fan-favorite Giant African Millipede. Attendees will be able to make insect-inspired art guided by local artists and enjoy award-winning mealworm chocolate chip cookies.
