Read In Ten is an eight week reading program for parents of kids ages 3 to 5, whether your child is in preschool and heading toward kindergarten, already in TK, or in their kindergarten year. Ten minutes a day, a parent and a child at the kitchen table. No apps, no worksheets, and no screens for the child.
Each Friday you get that week’s game, a short video showing you how to play it, and the reason it works. The program moves through three phases: hearing sounds, cracking the code, and building confidence. Every family starts with a one on one assessment, so the games meet your child where they actually are. A 3 year old who is just starting to hear rhymes and a 5 year old sounding out words both have a place in it.
The fall cohort runs October 5 through December 18. There is no activity the week of Thanksgiving, and the program finishes before winter break. December is a hard month to hold a routine, which is why the last stretch is games your child already knows how to play.
Enrollment closes September 25. Early bird pricing of $650 runs through September 4.
