    Did you know the popular children’s book The Day You Begin by Jacqueline Woodson, a #1 New York Times Bestseller, is now a musical? Join Bay Area Children’s Theatre for the west coast premiere of a poignant and heartwarming musical about finding the courage to make new friends, hear new stories, and celebrate your own uniqueness. Audiences will meet characters from different cultural backgrounds, like Min from South Korea, Rigoberto from Venezuela, and other students on the first day of school.

    Join SFBAM at Ruth Bancroft for Children’s Day February 7th from 10 AM to 2 PM Come visit San Francisco Bay Area Moms booth for your chance to win a prize, play some fun games, and get your photo take with our fun photo props! Our sponsors, Renee White with Keller William Realty, will also be supplying a fun valentine treat, and Spirited Play Labs will be joining us with a fun plant sensory table! Can’t wait to see you there! Ruth Bancroft will also include story times, crafts, activity tables to explore soil, seeds, and water-wise plants, and a special Garden bingo. Story Time will take place at 10:30am and 12:30pm. They are also partnering with the Crayon Initiative, children are encouraged to bring at least one crayon (or more) and exchange them for sunflower seeds! This event is Free with Garden admission.

    Join the San Francisco Bay Area Moms at Thrive City for our Valentine’s Family Fest! Enjoy a day of love with your loves at our Valentine’s Family Fest! Your heart with sing with our live music performances, meet some real “Love Bugs” (and other critters), arts and crafts to create valentine cards and create origami hearts, and don’t miss our STEM station which includes our “I Lava You” volcanoes!  This Valentine’s Family Fest is full of love and you won’t want to miss out! RSVP while supplies last.     Pre Natal and Post Natal Fitness Classes

    Join our weekly Pre Natal and Post Natal Fitness Classes at Yubalance Neighborhood Fitness Studio, located in the Mission District and Inner Sunset. We are training in a small group setting (five clients max.). All workout classes are led by professional trainers who will offer a personalized fitness experience for your current needs and demands.     Playful People Productions is seeking playful people ages 11 to 111 audition for their production of Starmites by Barry Keating and Stuart Ross. Registration is now open, and rehearsals run March 6 through May 11 (not all performers will be called for all rehearsals). Starmites will perform May 12-21 at the Historic Hoover Theatre in San Jose.
