I sat down with our resident sleep expert, Dr. Sarah Mitchell, in our most recent Facebook Live to talk about newborn sleep. In our 25 minute discussion, we focused on the littlest of babies, ages 0 to 8 weeks (check out links below for tips related to older babies and toddlers).
