Morning Program, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Your registration covers your workout and the chance for up to two children ages 2 to 7 years old to participate in professionally supervised activities with Dancing Jammies (seriously, that’s worth the price of admission). While you get your sweat on your kids will be enjoying good music, storytelling and being creative by making their own toys out of recycled materials. Younger and older kids are welcome to join the workout! Then, for the last half hour of the session, all of the kids will join in the fun for an interactive kids’ class.

Full Day – Teacher Training Event, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
After the morning session, stick around after lunch for the chance to earn your instructor certification. Babysitting for the afternoon can also be arranged by request. The event is at the Midtown Terrace Clubhouse (Clarendon & Olympia Way), which is central for folks here in San Francisco and is actually pretty easy to access from Marin, the South Bay or East Bay. Parking is free and plentiful in the area.
